The Founder & Managing Partner is also a founder of a Private Equity Fund. Position : Associate / Senior Associate No. Of vacancy : 1 Location : Mumbai, BKC Qualification : LLB (registered with Bar Council of India) preferable with CS qualification Remuneration : As per industry standards and Depends on the candidate Experience : Minimum 4 years. Job Description:  Drafting, reviewing and vetting memorandum of understandings, terms sheets, commercial contracts, such as agreements for sale and purchase of goods, agreements for rendition of services, joint ventures and partnership agreements, shareholders and subscription agreements, investment agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, agreements for assignment of intellectual property rights, trade and technology transfer agreements, etc.  Have prior experience of due diligence, drafting legal opinion on commercial legal issues, knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, IBC, FEMA and Contract Act,1872 is must.  Ability to analyse commercial transactions and advise client on various legal aspects, as may be applicable.  The candidate should also have good analytical and drafting skills.
