Sr Associate

As a C&E - Sr Coordinator at EY, you will have the opportunity to perform project coordination activities and provide high-quality services to key stakeholders across verticals/business segments. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating tasks within various teams. - Supporting an onshore manager with project coordination tasks. - Producing, maintaining, and distributing meeting minutes, project documentation, updates, status reports, project modifications, key deliverables, and approvals for project stakeholders and task owners. - Inputting project schedules, tracking status and adjustments, and ensuring all milestones, actions, and deadlines are met on schedule. - Tracking tasks as per committed deadlines. - Monitoring risk log, governance model, and reporting project status updates to the project owner. - Following up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time project tasks. To excel in this role, you should have: - Exceptional communication skills - both written and oral. - Strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities. - Proficiency in maintaining/updating project-related trackers such as Project plan, Risk tracker, budget tracker, etc. - Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. - Attention to detail. - Flexibility and willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with evolving business needs and requirements. Qualifications required for this role are: - 5 to 9 years of overall experience. - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Minimum 5+ years of corporate experience with at least 2+ years of Project Management/Coordination. - Experience in leading a team of 2-4 project administrators/Coordinators. - Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid changes. - Ability to support PM with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects. Additionally, knowledge of PMBOK concepts and Project Management tools, as well as proficiency in MS Project/Planner/Word/PowerPoint/Excel and Azure DevOps, would be advantageous.
