Job Summary:

The Sr. Associate, Client Support will deliver high-quality customer service by handling client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a superior support experience. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and support requests.
  • Resolve issues through email, chat, or phone within defined SLAs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain client records, logs, and documentation.
  • Provide product/service guidance and support during onboarding and usage.
  • Track client satisfaction and follow up on unresolved concerns.
  • Identify improvement areas and recommend solutions to enhance service quality.
