Sr Assoc Qual Sys and Analytics

Job Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY Performs various activities related to supporting the Quality Systems and Analytics team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs daily activities related to the maintenance and end-user support of TrackWise
Performs activities related to the maintenance or management of other Corporate Quality-related systems (e.g. SyncUp, SharePoint) as assigned
Performs activities related to the maintenance or management of Corporate Quality related processes (e.g. CAPA management) and activities, as assigned
Performs ad hoc Corporate Quality related administrative activities, as assigned
Provides support for Corporate Quality management activities as assigned
Participates in Corporate Quality-related process and system development activities, as assigned
lead Corporate Quality-related initiatives/activities, as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (please indicate if preferred )

High school education and plus some experience in a GXP or pharmaceutical industry role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), email and voicemail. Above average attention to detail and accuracy. Organizational, interpersonal and team-oriented skills. Ability to act independently and pro-actively. Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
