Job Description

Role: Power BI Developer

Experience: 5-6 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Location: Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

The resource would be a key member of the DAAS BIR team and would work in close collaboration with customers to provide functional and technical support on the Power BI technology.

Exposure to End-to-End BI Project cycle
Overall experience of 5-6 years

Technical Skills

Must-Have: Expertise and hands on experience in
Power BI
Understanding complex & unstructured requirements, and translating them into specs
Design Power BI dashboards with the right charts and color theme
Development of insightful dashboards using Power BI Desktop
Effective use of DAX for creating measures
Implement Row Level Security as per requirement.
Publishing and scheduling dashboards in service
Set-up and work with Power BI gateways
Data Modelling & Management
Creating effective Data Models in PBI or SQL(Cloud/On-Prem)
SQL Coding, debugging, and reporting
Data Modelling concepts
Advance Excel

Good-to-Have:

Exposure to Azure Cloud environment
Power BI Paginated Reports, SSRS
Understanding of ETL terminologies
Exposure to Insurance domain
