A high impact role supporting the CEO with market intelligence, Strategy insight, financial analysis and decision ready research across all real estate asset classes. Key Responsibilities : Strategic and Market Research: Track commercial, residential, retail, data center and emerging market trends. Analyse demand-supply, rents, absorption, infra developments, and policy impact. Develop city level and micro market insights for strategic decisions. Business and Financial Analysis : Prepare feasibility study, HBU analysis, and ROI Models. Support strategic projects, new market entry, partnership, capital raise, land evaluation. Competition Intelligence : Benchmark competitor projects, Pricing, leasing strategy, ESG initiatives, and acquisition. Deliver weekly intel briefs to the CEO. CEO office support : Prepare executive briefs, board inputs, pitches and talking points. Manage research inputs from business teams and consultants. Ensure decision ready information for the CEO. Thought Leadership: Draft insights, strategy notes, speeches and linkedin content for the CEO. Identify industry trends, opportunities and risks early. Skills and competencies: Strong analytical and strategic thinking Excellent writing and presentation skills Proficiency in Excel and Power point: financial modelling. Ability to simplify complex data for leadership. High Ownership, confidentiality and attention to details. Qualification and Experience Bachelors degree and MBA preferred from Tier I Campus 2-6 years in real estate strategy, consulting, research, investments or analytics. Experience with IPCs or BIG 4’s is a plus. Importance of this role. Direct exposure to the CEO and high impact decisions across leasing, development, finance and investments.
