RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using

  Power Automate Desktop (PAD)

  and

  Desktop Flows

  .
• Build robust

  UI-based automations

  for both

  web

  and

  desktop

  applications.
• Work on

  attended

  and

  unattended

  automation scenarios, including orchestration and scheduling.
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and provide technical feasibility assessments.
• Debug, test, and optimize existing automations to ensure high performance, stability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, SMEs) to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.
• Maintain documentation of automation workflows, technical specifications, and deployment processes.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, governance, and security guidelines for RPA.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-9 years of experience in

  RPA development

  , with strong focus on

  Power Automate Desktop

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Desktop Flows

  ,

  UI automation

  , and

  RPA design patterns

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  Web Automation

  (DOM interaction, selectors, browser automation).
• Experience with

  Desktop UI automation

  tools, selectors, screen scraping, and OCR (optional).
• Good understanding of

  attended

  vs

  unattended automation

  models.
• Familiarity with APIs, connectors, and integration with Power Automate Cloud Flow (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple automation tasks simultaneously.

Good to Have

• Experience with other RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI).
• Basic programming skills (Python, C#, VB Script, or JavaScript).
• Exposure to AI Builder or Document Automation.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
