We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Data & Predictive Analyst who can convert raw marketing and business data into actionable insights. The role involves predictive modeling, dashboard creation, performance analysis, and driving data-backed decision-making across teams. Candidates must be comfortable working in US time zone hours (night shift) . Key Responsibilities Analyze marketing funnels, customer journeys, occupancy & booking trends. Build predictive models for lead conversion, occupancy forecasting, demand trends & churn risk. Create dashboards for Occupancy, Revenue, Marketing KPIs, Lead Pipeline & Franchise Performance . Work with BigQuery, Power BI, GA4, CRM analytics for data modeling & automation. Identify market insights, campaign performance, digital engagement & growth opportunities. Present insights to Marketing, Operations, Finance & Leadership teams. Manage KPIs, data definitions, measurement frameworks & reporting standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams Marketing, TDRG, Operations, Franchise Development. Required Skills Technical Skills Strong SQL proficiency (BigQuery preferred) Experience in Power BI & Dashboard development GA4 & CRM analytics knowledge Predictive modeling with Python/R (preferred) ETL, data architecture & pipeline knowledge Marketing & Analytical Skills Understanding of funnels, cohorts, customer behavior & marketing ROI Ability to interpret data and convert to actionable insights Strong reporting, visualization & forecasting skills Soft Skills Excellent communication and storytelling skills Proactive, analytical and data-driven mindset Ability to simplify complex data for leadership Preferred Experience 57 years in Marketing Analytics / Data Analytics Experience with US-based brands or franchise businesses is an advantage Experience in predictive forecasting/ML models preferred Experience in SaaS/real-estate/retail sectors is a plus Shift & Availability Night Shift (US Time Zone Support Required) Candidates must be flexible for US business hours, meetings & reporting windows
