Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. AR Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Sr. AR Executive will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely submission of claims, following up on unpaid claims, and resolving billing-related issues. This individual will collaborate closely with the billing team to provide detailed reports, track payment statuses, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, the Sr. AR Executive will work to optimize revenue cycle performance and support overall financial operations within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Accounts Receivable Management and Billing skills
  • Experience with Claims Submission and Payment Follow-up
  • Problem-solving and Issue Resolution skills
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and record maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical billing industry is a plus
