Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct commercial mortgage underwriting, appraisal, and due diligence for various property types across India.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless loan fulfillment and servicing processes.
Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to inform lending decisions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records throughout the loan lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in commercial lending, underwriting, or related fields.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, including valuation techniques and risk assessment methods.
Proficiency in loan syndication, corporate lending, credit underwriting, risk management, and compliance procedures.
