Sr Analyst III Software Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Development and configuration

  : Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (like CSM, FSO), workflows, and catalog items. This includes setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.

• Integration

  : Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

• Customization

  : Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs.

• Data management

  : Manage data imports, exports, and transformations, and ensure data integrity.

• Troubleshooting and support

  : Provide technical support to users, identify and resolve software flaws, and conduct regression testing.

• Documentation

  : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.

Qualifications

• :ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator
