Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the Global Finance Operations team as a Senior Analyst where you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include operations, meeting SLAs and targets, data analysis, report generation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support the operation. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with global stakeholders to process and ensure accurate recording, reporting, consolidation, and analysis of reports related to FP&A, such as Accruals, Amortization, Allocation, and Reclass. - Review and analyze periodical financial reports according to business needs. - Collaborate with and assist global stakeholders in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts for various businesses of Providence. - Support the leadership team in creating financial models as per business requirements. - Conduct comparative analysis of budget/forecast vs actual KPIs with detailed commentary on variances. - Prepare department-wise trend analysis of revenue and expenses to provide critical inputs for effective decision-making. - Assist in preparing the monthly business update for Senior Management. - Analyze financial performance and develop forecast models. - Participate in finance-led process improvement activities and special projects. - Lead FP&A related audit deliverables during audits. - Periodically review/update SOPs to ensure timely updates for process changes, exceptions, and new learnings. - Identify areas for process improvement, standardization, and automation. Qualifications Required: - Preferably CMA/MBA/M.Com/Semi-qualified with 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A domain or CA/CPA with 2 to 5 years of experience. - Excellent communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration skills. - Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data in Excel and drive process improvements. - Experience working with global stakeholders. - High-performance creativity and optimistic personality. Additional Details (if present): - You will be working in US Shifts. - Competencies required include being an Analytical Thinker, Detail-Oriented, Team Player, Deadline-Driven, Adaptable, Problem Solver, Quick Learner, with good Communication skills. - Experience with Oracle ERP would be considered a plus. - Strong skills in data analytics and IT are desirable for this role.,
