SAROM Fab Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts professional to manage accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide support for informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, analytical abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The role requires preparation of financial reports, monitoring cash flow, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reporting to the department head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and expenses.
• Assist with account reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Enter financial data into accounting software (e.g., purchase and sales entries), ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage invoice preparation and ensure timely submission.
• Address client inquiries related to accounts and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Use Excel for financial data analysis, including VLOOKUP and other formulas.
• Provide administrative support to senior accounting team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the textile industry or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
