Sr. Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive Location: Bhubaneswar / Cuttack / As per branch requirement Industry: Pharmaceutical Wholesale & Distribution Experience: 1–3 years preferred Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting entries using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Perform bank reconciliation and record purchase/sales, credit notes, and debit notes Maintain stock registers and coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory accuracy Assist in GST and TDS workings in coordination with the Chartered Accountant Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments for smooth operations Handle documentation and business correspondence via email Skills Required: Proficient in Tally (ERP 9 or Prime), MS Excel, and email communication Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Prior experience in pharma billing and documentation is an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
