Sr. Accounts Executive

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Accountant with strong experience in NGO finance and compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage accurate financial recording, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and contribute to timely and transparent financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger postings.
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to non-profit organizations.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and periodic forecasts for management and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Establish, monitor, and strengthen internal control systems to protect organizational resources.
• Support grant and project financial management, including budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and donor reporting.
• Conduct regular reviews of financial processes and recommend improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Work closely with program and operations teams to provide financial insights that support planning and decision-making.
• Stay informed on updates in accounting standards, NGO financial regulations, and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
