Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Develop and monitor budgets.
Provide insights and financial forecasts to support business planning.
Inventory & Cost Control:
Monitor inventory costing, wastage reports, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
Payroll & Compliance:
Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
Ensure timely filing of GST, VAT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Internal Controls & Auditing:
Maintain robust internal controls and assist with periodic audits.
Implement financial policies and procedures.
