TekGenio is looking for a Junior SQL Server Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in T-SQL development, database performance tuning, and data integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and maintain T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, views, and functions
Assist in optimizing database performance through query tuning and indexing
Develop and support ETL processes, preferably using SSIS
Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems
Troubleshoot database-related issues and assist in root cause analysis
Support reporting needs using SQL-based tools and participate in data analysis tasks
Contribute to database design and assist in schema development
Key Skills & Requirements:
2–3 years of experience as a SQL Server Developer
Solid understanding of T-SQL and ability to write complex queries and procedures
Experience with SQL Server 2016 or later
Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS, or similar ETL/reporting tools (preferred)
Knowledge of relational database concepts, data normalization, and best practices
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced development environment
