Job Description

We at Fusion Practices are looking for a skilled SQL and Data Visualization Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SQL, reporting, and dashboard development to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in crafting efficient SQL queries, creating automated reports.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple data sources.
  

• Develop and maintain database objects such as stored procedures, views, and functions for reporting purposes.
  

• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues to ensure optimal data retrieval speeds.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver clear, actionable insights.
  

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data across various reports and system.
  

• Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  

• Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into effective dashboard designs and update dashboards regularly to reflect changes in business data
  

• Document database structures, reporting processes, and dashboard configurations for ease of use and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database systems like MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
  

• Hands-on experience with any reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, SSRS) and dashboard platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret data and deliver insights.
  

• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration is a plus.
