Job Description

SQA Automation Engineer Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for our mission-critical SaaS applications that are rigorously validated for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in test automation and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in the life sciences industry. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and execute robust, reusable, and maintainable automated test scripts for functional, regression, and smoke testing. • Collaborate with QA Analysts, Developers, and Validation teams to ensure automated tests accurately verify system requirements, with a specific focus on Part 11 criteria (e.g., audit trails, electronic signatures, data integrity, access controls). • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support agile development and continuous testing processes. • Document test evidence, scripts, and results to support internal audits and regulatory inspections. • Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring compliance with documented procedures. • Actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the test automation framework and strategies. Required Qualifications & Experience: • 3-4 years of professional experience in software test automation. • Proven hands-on experience automating tests for 21 CFR Part 11 compliant applications (e.g., eQMS, eTMF, Clinical, or Lab systems). • Strong programming skills in C# or Java and experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver. • Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., SpecFlow, Cucumber) and version control systems (e.g., Git). • Experience with CI/CD tools like TeamCity. • Hands-on experience using Selenoid for distributed browser testing. • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), software testing life cycle (STLC), and best practices in QA. • Familiarity with FDA validation guidelines and the ability to generate audit-ready testing documentation. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in Computer Science. • Knowledge of a CI/CD tool such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or TeamCity. • ISTQB or similar certification is desirable. • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus. • Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or other GxP-regulated environments. • Proficiency with Git for version control and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
