Product Designer & Developer

The role of Product Designer & Developer involves creating intuitive, visually appealing, and high-performing mobile application designs. You should have expertise in UI/UX for mobile platforms and collaborate effectively with backend and frontend development teams. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process, working closely with developers, communicating with clients, conducting user research, and providing innovative solutions for design challenges. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines, proficiency in design tools, and experience in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design process for mobile applications from wireframes to final visual designs. - Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to ensure accurate design implementation. - Interact with clients to gather requirements and present design concepts. - Conduct user research and usability testing to align designs with user needs. - Provide innovative solutions for design challenges balancing aesthetics, usability, and technical feasibility. - Maintain and evolve the design system for consistent branding and user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design focusing on mobile applications. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD. - Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-platform adaptation. - Experience in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in client-facing roles. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks for better developer collaboration. - Familiarity with API integration considerations in design.
