Job Summary:

Manager - Sales (Sports)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through direct and channel sales of sports equipment and services.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in schools, universities, sports academies, government institutions, clubs, and corporate sectors.
  • Attend trade shows, sports expos, and industry events to generate leads and market insights.


  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Provide consultative selling by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate sports solutions and products.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2–10 years of proven experience in

    sales and business development within the sports industry

    (equipment, apparel, events, or services).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sports products and industry dynamics.
