Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sports Manager located in Pune. The Sports Manager will oversee daily operations for Trooferz Turf & Pickleball, manage customer inquiries and bookings, and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include planning and executing training programs for staff, budget management, and driving sales and revenue growth. The Sports Manager will also need to ensure the facilities are well-maintained and that customers have a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training staff and developing training programs
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Strong Sales skills and ability to drive revenue growth
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in sports management or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
