Role Overview: We need an experienced site supervisor to oversee the construction of our sports facility in Ludhiana. You'll be the on-ground executor ensuring that contractors, laborers, and vendors deliver as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards. This is a short-term, high-responsibility role for someone who can get things done. Key Responsibilities: Daily on-site presence to monitor construction progress (turf laying, lighting installation, fencing, civil work) Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers to maintain timelines Conduct daily site inspections and report progress, delays, or issues to the remote team Maintain a daily checklist and send photo/video updates via WhatsApp or app Flag any deviations, material shortages, or quality concerns immediately Ensure safety compliance and proper site housekeeping Handle minor on-site problem-solving (material adjustments, layout tweaks) Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules with the backend team What We're Looking For: 3–5 years of experience as a site supervisor in civil construction, infrastructure, or sports facility projects Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong) Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills (Hindi, Punjabi, basic English) Hands-on problem solver who can work independently Local to Ludhiana or willing to be on-site daily for 3 months Prior experience with sports infrastructure, turf installation, or outdoor facility construction is a plus
