Sponsorship Sales Specialist

You will be part of a team at SponsorWale, a platform facilitating connections between brands and events. Your role will primarily focus on driving sponsorship sales for live events, concerts, college fests, and sports properties. You are expected to possess strong communication skills, a robust local network, and the ability to close deals through smart negotiation and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential sponsors from various sectors like F&B, fashion, electronics, lifestyle, etc. - Establish and nurture relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and agency partners. - Develop customized sponsorship proposals and pitch decks in collaboration with the internal team. - Meet monthly/quarterly sponsorship targets by strategically reaching out and following up. - Ensure smooth campaign execution by managing timelines, client expectations, and deliverables. - Represent SponsorWale at local events, brand meetings, and industry gatherings. What We're Looking For: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation abilities. - Extensive network in Raipur or Indore markets, ideally connected with event organizers, agencies, and brands. - Prior experience in event sponsorship, brand partnerships, or sales is preferred. - Exceptional time management skills and a result-driven mindset are crucial. - Confidence, negotiation skills, and the ability to convert interest into deals. - Self-motivated individual with a desire to excel in live events and brand marketing.
