Specification Manager (Project) - Mumbai - Waterproofing

Qualification: Civil Engineer or experience in specification role in Waterproofing Experience: Min 10-12 years in construction chemicals fields Preferred fields: (1) Waterproofing Company (2) Building Material industry (3) Underground/Tunnelling/Soil stabilizing companies Skills Requirement: Excellent knowhow about consultants , engineers in the market. Knowledge of various waterproofing materials, techniques, and application methods. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction. Preparation of specification, monitoring and documentation for waterproofing projects, compliance with industry standards. Conduct assessments of surfaces to determine waterproofing needs and appropriate materials. Knowledge of waterproofing solutions to roofs, foundations, wet areas and walls using various methods including liquid membranes and preformed applications . Technical knowhow about maintenance and repair services for existing waterproofing systems. Stay updated on industry trends and the latest waterproofing technologies to enhance service quality. Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawing and technical specifications for waterproofing.
