Specification Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain excellent rapport with

  MEP consultants

  and

  in-house MEP teams

  of leading builders and developers.
• Conduct

  technical presentations

  and product demonstrations for consultants, architects, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify project opportunities and ensure product specification and approval in upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Projects, and Marketing) to support project execution and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage end-to-end specification process, from initial engagement to project closure.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and ensure company products are specified in large and strategic projects.
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and adherence to company policies and project guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (Mechanical Engineering preferred).

• Experience:

  1012 years of relevant experience in

  Specification Sales / Project Management / MEP domain

• Strong technical acumen and

  sound product knowledge

• Proven track record of handling

  large projects

  and building strong client confidence.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior decision-makers and technical professionals.
