Job Title:

MYK Arment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specifications Specialist to join our team. As an Assistant Specifications Manager, you will be responsible for pitching and specifying waterproofing chemicals, protective coatings, sealants, grouts, concrete admixtures etc. You will need to have experience in technical services, specifications, and good connections with consultants, government departments, contractors, architects, and consultants in your region.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the features, benefits, and applications of our construction chemical products and become an expert in their technical specifications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and architects who can benefit from our products.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical seminars for clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze client requirements and provide customized product recommendations based on their specific needs and project specifications.
• Assist clients and architects in product selection, providing guidance on appropriate construction chemical solutions to meet their project goals.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify product strengths and weaknesses compared to competitors.
• Prepare technical documents, including product datasheets, brochures, and case studies, to support the sales and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and potential product enhancements or new product development opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and key industry influencers, fostering trust and loyalty to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. Additional business or marketing qualifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction chemical industry or a related field.
