Job Description

As a TA (Talent Acquisition) professional at JLL Business Services, your primary responsibility will be to strategically plan and manage the resources required for the organization. You will collaborate with transitions team and service line leaders to comprehend hiring needs, optimize channels, and provide innovative solutions for staffing challenges. Your role will involve conducting data analytics on hiring trends, market mapping, metrics reporting, and devising hiring strategies for new profiles. You will be accountable for the complete hiring process, starting from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Designing the TA framework, engaging with key stakeholders and external hiring partners, and driving core TA projects like TA dashboards and cost-effective hiring initiatives will be part of your core responsibilities. Additionally, you will work closely with HR teams to participate in external TA forums, ensure TA compliance, conduct annual audits, and lead employment branding initiatives. To excel in this role, you must be a quick learner, influential, and adept at stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned TA professional with 4-6 years of experience post MBA from a reputable Business school. Candidates with prior experience in Finance & Accounts operations hiring and a track record of working with renowned brands to implement best practices will be given preference. In addition, you will be expected to supervise recruiting personnel, organize or participate in career fairs, assessment centers, and other relevant events to ensure the organization's talent needs are met effectively.
