Position Title: Specialist / Sr. Specialist - BMS Control Algorithm Development Key Responsibilities and Deliverables : Algorithm development for BMS using MATLAB / Simulink / Stateflow Auto–code generation with Embedded Coder & Target Link Experience in Embedded C and MATLAB scripting Development of Model as per the MAAB guidelines. Data dictionary creation for production code generation. Hands-on CANoe tools for debugging Test case creation, Validation, and Verification using manual and automated tools in MATLAB. Documentation and report generation of the control logic. Desired Qualifications: Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience: Qualification: BTech/BE/MS degree in Electrical/Automotive/Mechanical engineering or similar. Experience: Minimum 5-8 Years of experience in automotive feature development for modeling of control system-related algorithms using MATLAB / Simulink / Stateflow. Knowledge: Strong Expertise in Control Systems Sound Expertise in BMS SOX Algorithm Development (SOC, SOH, SOP, TTC etc) Strong Working knowledge of the usage of ML & AI and different estimation techniques in control Systems Managing requirements and generating test cases for MiL, SiL Testing. Experience in Embedded C and understanding of coding guidelines (MISRA). Work experience with projects adhering to Functional safety (ISO 26262) guidelines.
