Job Description

As a Sales Commissions Analyst at MongoDB, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of the company by administering and analyzing the Global Sales Incentive Plans. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities will be crucial in this role. You will work closely with various internal functions to improve processes and systems for the company's next stage of growth. **Responsibilities:** - Administer MongoDB's Global Sales Compensation Plan in Xactly Incent, ensuring timely distribution and tracking of plans - Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales Finance to deploy annual compensation plans globally - Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements within commissions process and workflows - Assist in designing and implementing sales compensation plans, policies, and process changes - Provide training on Xactly software and commission processes to sales representatives and management - Track changes in sales employee data and handle ad hoc commission data gathering, reporting, and analysis - Maintain written process documents for effective management of all compensation-related processes **Experience and Skills:** - Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales Commissions or a relevant area - Minimum 2 years of work experience in a publicly traded technology company - Strong understanding of sales compensation process, business acumen, and key concepts - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Advance Formulas & Functions - Experience with Xactly Incent & Analytics or similar commissions/reporting tool - Familiarity with Salesforce.com, NetSuite, SuccessFactors, ZenDesk, Smartsheet, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across departments - Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities while meeting deadlines Join MongoDB's dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of one of the fastest-growing companies in the Database Market.
