Job Description

As a Sales Commissions Analyst at MongoDB, you will play a key role in supporting the rapid growth of the company by administering and analyzing the Global Sales Incentive Plans. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities will be crucial in this dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing companies in the Database Market and contribute to its success. **Responsibilities:** - Administer MongoDB's Global Sales Compensation Plan in Xactly Incent, ensuring timely distribution and tracking of plans - Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales Finance to deploy annual compensation plans globally - Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and improvements within the commissions process - Assist in designing and implementing sales compensation plans, policies, and process changes - Provide training on Xactly software and commission processes for new and existing sales representatives and management - Track changes in sales employee data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation adjustments - Support ad hoc commission data gathering, reporting, analysis, and other projects as required - Develop and maintain written process documents for effective management of all compensation-related processes **Experience and Skills:** - Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales Commissions or a relevant area - Minimum 2 years of work experience in a publicly traded technology company - Strong understanding of sales compensation processes, business acumen, and key concepts - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and advanced formulas and functions - Experience with Xactly Incent & Analytics or similar commissions/reporting tools - Experience with Salesforce.com, NetSuite, SuccessFactors, ZenDesk, Smartsheet, or data visualization tools like Tableau is a strong plus - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across departments - Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities while meeting deadlines In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to MongoDB's growth and success by ensuring the effective administration and analysis of sales compensation plans.
