Job Description

They focus on current customer renewals working with Sales, Distribution Partners, and Solution Providers to drive the sales process with a renewal contract optimally This includes but is not limited to renewal sales execution, preparing/updating quotes, opportunity management, close plans, and handling incoming requests for their sales territory Able to work independently and excel in verbal and written communication skills to get results **Duties & Responsibilities** + Leading and updating all assigned opportunities throughout the sales process + Ensuring all opportunities are quoted + Driving sales process through engagement with Sales and Partners + Overcome objections and adjust quotations as the need arises to ensure the best solution is presented to the customer + Sell the benefits of timely renewals, multi-year, and coterminous contracts + Collaborate and follow up with Sales and Partners on sales strategies in an effort to drive the renewal rate + Respond to email & phone inquiries from internal and external customers **Preferred Qualifications** + 2-5 years experience in Inside Sales or customer engagement role + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment + Good at detail oriented with the ability to multi-task + Good written & verbal communication + Understanding of business math - pricing, discounts, etc + Ability to handle a sophisticated process and apply flexible thinking skills to achieve results + Proven experience with MS Office and CRM systems such as SFDC and/or MS Dynamics
