This Position for the producation Specialist with having Provide hands-on support and working closely with the Shift Manager to oversee day-to-day operations with the objective of achieving functional goals and objectives. Support and delivery improvement activities across the department. Responsible for coordinating production tasks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and acting as the first point of contact for Department Leaders and Operators. The Team Leader ensures work is carried out efficiently and accurately, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
