Job Title: Senior Specialist, Marketing Intelligence
Band: P1
Experience: 8-10 years Location: Gurugram Position type: Full time Shift Timing: 1-10 PM
What this Job Involves:
As a Marketing Intelligence Analyst, you will provide in-depth research and analysis around the business landscape, business lines, target audiences and customer/prospect needs and priorities. Reporting to the Audience Intelligence Senior Director, you will be part of the Global Campaigns and Programs COE that consists of a diverse group of subject matter experts working together to deliver best in class audience centric campaigns and drive continuous improvement in terms of marketing generated demand. You will utilize a range of quantitative and qualitative data sources to provide up-to-date analysis around our audiences and the business environment and company priorities, which will feed into our go-to-market Audience Strategy, marketing content and messaging for campaigns and programs, shaping priorities for Business Line and Geo marketing teams, and various direct to sales enablement and engagement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Audience Intelligence Analysis
Deliver Audience/Business Line Audience Insights for Centrally Led Campaign teams, ABM Activity, Business Line and Local Market teams, in order to define our GTM marketing strategies
Deliver detailed audience analysis to support marketing planning, execution and marketing performance insights
Utilize internal sources (CRM, Voice of Customer Data, Sales Intelligence) and external data points to support the creation of client profiles, ICPs, campaign targeting, and content recommendations in order to impact end-to-end customer journeys
Strategic Research Insights
Deep account analysis to identify needs and priorities, and generate cross-sell/upsell opportunities for marketing and sales teams
Partner with Research, Sales, Enterprise data and other teams to grow internal relationships and leverage internal expertise to maximize effectiveness of Audience Insight outputs
Undertake competitor analysis to identify opportunities to improve messaging and content
Stakeholder Engagement Communication
Regularly present findings in different forums to tactical execution focused teams as well as share strategic findings with Marketing and Sales Leadership teams
Work with the Audience Intelligence Senior Director to deliver high quality audience insight projects to drive towards a customer 1st strategy across marketing initiatives, and provide audience recommendations to drive customer engagement and demand
Support campaign teams, business lines, geo teams, client experience brand and help to grow our increasing collaboration with sales teams

The ideal candidate should possess 8-10 years of experience with significant time spent in generating original research, hands-on data analysis, creation and delivery of strategic presentations:
Technical Skills:
Very comfortable with analyzing large datasets - essential skills include intermediate to advanced Excel, use of BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
Good to have: Adobe Analytics, Bombora, Social Listening, and Media Monitoring tools
Experience of generating original customer research as part of one of your previous roles
Communication Collaboration:
Strong writing and communications skills, native English is a must
Partner with teams across multiple time zones and with various cultural backgrounds
Be positive and have a can-do attitude
Strategic Experience:
Experience in working at a strategic level, presenting to different levels of an organization, and influencing decision making in a marketing organization
Ability to bring a customer 1 st viewpoint to everything we do in marketing, and drive meaningful short, medium and long term enhancements in delivering best in class customer journeys and experiences
