Specialist - Legal

Role Overview: As part of the Legal Department at Bizongo, your main responsibility will be to draft, review, and negotiate various Commercial and other Agreements. You will ensure that agreements sent out are duly executed by the parties and maintain records thereof. Additionally, you will support and manage collating required data for timely closure, manage compliances related to business functions, review and develop new SOPs/Internal guidelines, perform risk assessments, develop training material on compliance matters, analyze due diligence reports, and maintain a central data repository of all agreements and legal documents. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate various Commercial and other Agreements - Ensure agreements are duly executed by parties and maintain records - Collate required data for timely closure - Manage compliances related to business functions - Review and develop new SOPs/Internal guidelines - Perform risk assessments and prepare treatment plans - Develop training material on compliance matters and conduct training - Analyze due diligence reports and initiate activities for compliance - Maintain a central data repository of all agreements and legal documents Qualifications Required: - LLB from a recognized Indian university - 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate, business, environmental, and business law - Strong drafting skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a command over the English language - Good legal research skills - Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and a good understanding of Contract law,
