Job Description

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist II at the Company, you will be responsible for planning, developing, evaluating, implementing, and executing a recruiting strategy for assigned positions to secure the best talent. Your role will involve partnering with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to hire the best talent for the Company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and administer staffing & recruiting programs, collaborating with Hiring Managers to document job opening requirements. - Create innovative recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each Hiring Manager. - Utilize various resources to source qualified candidates, such as the internet, media, social networking, etc. - Pre-screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to Hiring Managers. - Negotiate new hire compensation packages aligned with the Company's Compensation philosophy. - Work with agencies to recruit for temporary or contract openings and provide feedback on recruiting agencies/sources. - Maintain a pipeline for key positions and support college recruitment and intern programs. - Participate in recruitment projects, recommend process improvements, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. - Support other Human Resources functions as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience. - Ability to identify and access candidate sources successfully and fill career opportunities within established metrics. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate. - Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with Associates at all levels. - Strong project management and organizational skills.
