Job Description

As a Shared Services Specialist at CommScope, you will play a crucial role in the validation and approval of all personnel and organizational changes for the NAR & CALA regions. Your responsibilities will include processing employee data changes, maintaining a case tracking system, escalating complex issues, and participating in projects for transitioning activities from Local HR. Additionally, you will be involved in system testing, training on regional personnel records maintenance, and supporting reporting requests. **Key Responsibilities:** - Validate and approve all employee data changes accurately and in a timely manner. - Work with vendors, subject matter experts, HR Business partners, and local HR to process transactions. - Maintain a case tracking system to record all transactions. - Escalate complex issues to the Manager, HR Shared Services or appropriate Center of Excellence. - Prepare and issue employee and employment-related letters. - Participate in projects related to transitioning activities from Local HR. - Assist with system testing and validation when required. - Support reporting requests and other tasks assigned by management. **Qualification & Experience:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration with HR specialization. - 1-3 years of experience in customer service or human resources, with at least 1 year in HR. - Working knowledge of HRIS, MS Excel, and experience with SAP SF Employee Central / ERP software / HCM system. **Skills Required:** - Knowledge/experience on processes and procedures of NAR/CALA region preferred. - Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and benefits. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, typing, help desk applications, and database reporting. - Motivation, strong communication, dedication to quality, problem-solving skills, and outstanding customer service. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to develop positive working relationships and influence others. - Analytical and problem-solving ability, decision-making skills, and organizational skills. - Willingness to rotate schedule as needed.
