CommScope, due to continuous growth, is looking for a Shared Services Specialist to join our Goa Team. As a Specialist in HR Shared Services, you will play a crucial role in validating and approving all NAR & CALA personnel and organizational changes in the Employee Central (EC) system through workflow, as well as organizational structure data changes. This role involves supporting Regional HR team members and addressing employee requests from the NAR and CALA regions. Your responsibilities will include validating and approving all employee data changes by accurately processing personnel and organizational transactions in a timely manner. You will collaborate with vendors, subject matter experts, HR Business partners, and local HR to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining a case tracking system to record transactions for all customers is also a key aspect of your role. Any complex issues related to EC or other matters will be escalated to the Manager, HR Shared Services or the appropriate Center of Excellence. Providing feedback and input from cases to team members or supervisors for evaluation and potential inclusion in department knowledge base, SOP, and training documents will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing employee and employment-related letters, participating in activities focused on improving customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to projects related to transitioning activities from Local HR, and supporting reporting requests as required. Skills required for this role include knowledge/experience with processes and procedures of the NAR/CALA region, a strong understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and benefits, proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), typing skills, experience in help desk applications, database reporting, and preferred experience in SAP/HRIS/Success Factors. Motivation, strong communication, dedication to quality, problem-solving skills, teamwork, outstanding customer service, interpersonal skills, positive working relationships, influencing abilities, analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and organizational abilities are essential traits for this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration with specialization in HR, along with a minimum of one to three years of experience in customer service or human resources, including at least one year in human resources. Working knowledge of HRIS, MS Excel, formula and analytical functions, help desk applications, and experience with SAP SF Employee Central/ERP software/HCM system is required. Experience with processes of the NAR/CALA region, and working on SAP SF Employee Central/ERP software/HCM system will excite us.
