Role Description Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML): Ability to leverage AI/ML tools for advanced HR predictive modeling and automation.• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP): Knowledge of NLP to analyze employee feedback, surveys, and sentiment analysis.• Data Privacy and Compliance: Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, India’s DPDP Act) to ensure HR data handling complies with legal standards.• Advanced Excel or Python/R Programming: Skills in scripting or advanced data manipulation for custom analytics solutions.Here’s the revised “Skills and Experience” section with these additions:Skills and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
