Job Description

Qualification:

  1. Bachelors degree with 4 + years of relevant work experience.
  2. Must be able to handle given workload quickly and with a high degree of accuracy.
  3. Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a timely manner while maintaining integrity of work.
  4. Ability to review order data, offer options and resolve problems.
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office and various Internet applications.
  6. Excellent command over communication with the ability to communicate with individuals in an articulate, professional manner.
  7. Quick learner that can accomplish given tasks with minimal amount of direction.
  8. Strong sense of self-motivation to accomplish multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  9. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  10. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, meet organizational deadlines, and multi-task while maintaining quality of work product.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Strong understanding of Data Axle processes, data assets and able to serve as an expert in the use of Data Axle systems, products and services.
  2. Maintain customer relationship management system (Salesforce.com).
  3. Manage, confirm, and prioritize incoming order inquiries. Ensure requests are properly understood and executed.
  4. Set up and launch count inquiries in relevant platform with complex segmentation to determine maximum and targeted audiences.
  5. Provide administrative support to sales, account managers, and clients.
  6. Must have the skills necessary to create, collect and maintain all order documentation, including but not limited to delivery schedules, FTC orders, order forms and other internal tracking sheets as required.
  7. Maintain logs, monitor, and track customer concerns including documentation of customer interactions.
  8. Request and review and understand all required order documentation (contracts, approvals, credit applications, billing documentation, etc.).
  9. Strong knowledge of direct marketing standard practices with the ability to review and approve sample mail pieces and/or telemarketing scripts for all sensitive data orders.
  10. Coordinate approvals for FTC consumer orders with phone numbers, obtaining either waiver or Subscription Account Number (SAN).
  11. Provide service and trouble-shooting support required by customers and continually research and implement best practice protocols.
  12. Follow Company policies and procedures required to maintain a safe work environment.
  13. Must be able to work in the Pune office during evening and/or overnight shifts.
