Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Research team (Career) team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office


Specialist - Career Consulting Delivery (C1)


What can you expect?

Mercer’s Employee Engagement team provides end-to-end diagnostic services to assess employee engagement, human-capital-program effectiveness, and key drivers of human capital outcomes. Our unique “say/do” approach links HRIS data directly to employee survey results to assess the relationship between what employees say against what they do in such areas as salary/performance history and employee engagement or productivity.

In this role:

  • You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with one of the On-Line Mercer’s Teams responsible for designing and delivering of Employee Engagement surveys
  • This role combines project and stakeholders’ management, analytical and research skills


We will count on you for:

  • Ownership of complete lifecycle of small scale engagement surveys
  • Managing multiple client projects / stages and processes at same time
  • Ability to eventually work independently on projects
  • Cooperating with internal stakeholders and external clients globally to deliver high-quality employee engagement products
  • Creating and testing online questionnaires on multiple survey tools
  • Coordinating distribution of surveys (setting up invitation emails, reminder and making sure that system is set-up correctly)
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure correctness of data
  • Helping with the preparation of detailed presentations basis survey results

Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts


What you need to have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience overall
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
  • Hands-on expertise in MS-Excel (H-lookup, V-lookup, Index, Matches, Count, Functions, Pivot-tables, Concatenate, Shortcuts)
  • Good time management skills (ability to prioritize tasks)
  • Good analytical / problem solving skills and attention to detail


Education:

  • Graduate (any stream)


What makes you stand out?

  • Experience in preparing and conducting surveys
  • Experience in employee engagement experience
  • Domestic/Foreign languages knowledge
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics or any other survey related tool
  • Knowledge on platforms like Qlik, Sawtooth
  • Ability to program on R & Python
  • Advanced MS-Excel knowledge
  • Experience in data analysis in large / complex datasets (>50k records)

Experience in project management or working in projectile environment
