Job Description

Job Title : Specialist / Sr. Specialist,

BCM Department : Business Continuity Management, ORM

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BCM, risk management, or disaster recovery, or a related field, preferably in a global or multi-national company.
Knowledge of global regulations and industry standards, including ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 31000 ERM Standard and/or 2017 COSO ERM Framework .
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, internal controls, and compliance auditing.
Experience with risk management software, data analytics tools, and reporting systems.

Desired Skills:

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proven organizational planning and management skills; excellent communication skills; and proven emergency and incident management skills.
Proficiency on windows applications.
