Special Education Teacher

As an individual responsible for the role, your primary duties and responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing structured sessions to ensure effective training delivery - Conducting timely assessments and orientations for new students to facilitate their smooth integration into the program - Utilizing creative training tools and methodologies to enhance the overall program, making it highly engaging and interactive - Ensuring that students are able to work independently by assisting them in increasing their efficiency and productivity while minimizing wastage - Upholding the optimum quality of training and products produced according to the established organization standards - Identifying and addressing potential risks that may lead to student dropouts from the program - Actively collaborating and partnering with other team members such as the Manager, Coordinator, Counsellor, etc. to enhance the program - Maintaining accurate records of all students, including attendance and progress records, in compliance with the organization's guidelines - Conducting effective and structured parent meetings at regular intervals, providing the necessary support and progress updates Your educational and experience requirements for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in special education - Minimum of 2 years of work experience with people with disabilities In addition, the key knowledge, skills, and competencies expected from you include: - Good planning and organizing skills - Strong communication and documentation skills - Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills - Knowledge of innovative training methods - Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail - Patient, respectful, caring, and empathetic with good problem-solving skills - Effective stress management and time management skills As for the benefits offered for this full-time, permanent position, they include: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Please note that the work location for this role is in person.,
