Role Description This is a full-time on-site Field Executive role located in Chennai. The Field Executive will be responsible for coordinating wellness programs, health camps, and workshops while ensuring smooth organizational operations. The role includes engaging with volunteers, maintaining active communication with all stakeholders, organizing logistics for events, monitoring program execution, and reporting outcomes to higher management. You will play an integral role in delivering impactful health and wellness services to the community. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills for planning and coordinating events Clear and professional communication abilities, public speaking, and volunteer management experience Knowledge of basic healthcare practices, community engagement, and mental health promotion Proficient in problem-solving, logistics management, and event execution Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and demonstrate adaptability in community-centered settings Proficiency in Tamil, English and Hindi is an advantage Bachelor's degree in social work, community development, public health, or a related field is preferred Passion for volunteerism, community health, and holistic well-being
