Company Description Prashasti is a volunteer-driven initiative under the Arya Samaj Foundation and the D.A.V. Group of Schools, Chennai, dedicated to holistic well-being through free medical guidance, mind care counseling, and wellness services. With its core mission rooted in the Vision HEAL principles — Health, Empathy, Awareness, and Learning — Prashasti promotes mental health awareness, preventive care, and accessible healthcare support. The initiative hosts various programs, including medical guidance sessions, yoga workshops, naturopathy, webinars, and health awareness camps. Backed by an expert Advisory Board of medical professionals, Prashasti aims to build a healthier, more compassionate, and informed community for the D.A.V. network and the public. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Field Executive role located in Chennai. The Field Executive will be responsible for coordinating wellness programs, health camps, and workshops while ensuring smooth organizational operations. The role includes engaging with volunteers, maintaining active communication with all stakeholders, organizing logistics for events, monitoring program execution, and reporting outcomes to higher management. You will play an integral role in delivering impactful health and wellness services to the community. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills for planning and coordinating events Clear and professional communication abilities, public speaking, and volunteer management experience Knowledge of basic healthcare practices, community engagement, and mental health promotion Proficient in problem-solving, logistics management, and event execution Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and demonstrate adaptability in community-centered settings Proficiency in Tamil, English and Hindi is an advantage Bachelor's degree in social work, community development, public health, or a related field is preferred Passion for volunteerism, community health, and holistic well-being
