Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of SPE-CX-Multi Channel Helpdesk with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in MS Excel and have a background in Display Advertising and Email Marketing-Tech. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts and no travel is required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support across multiple channels to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports that drive decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness of display advertising campaigns.
Implement strategies to optimize email marketing efforts ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries promptly maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to multi-channel platforms ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members sharing best practices and insights.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of helpdesk operations through feedback and innovative ideas.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.
Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of support initiatives.
Engage in regular team meetings to discuss challenges solutions and opportunities for growth.
Stay updated with the latest trends in display advertising and email marketing to provide informed support.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
Possess a solid understanding of display advertising techniques and tools.
Exhibit knowledge of email marketing strategies and technologies.
Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Show ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Be adaptable to rotational shifts and flexible work schedules.
