Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of SPE-CX-Multi Channel Helpdesk with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in MS Excel and have a background in Display Advertising and Email Marketing-Tech. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts and no travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support across multiple channels to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports that drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness of display advertising campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to optimize email marketing efforts ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries promptly maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to multi-channel platforms ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members sharing best practices and insights.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of helpdesk operations through feedback and innovative ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of support initiatives.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss challenges solutions and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in display advertising and email marketing to provide informed support.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
