Job Description

Job Summary:The Spare Parts Executive is responsible for managing the inventory, procurement, and distribution of automobile spare parts. The role ensures availability of genuine parts, maintains accurate stock levels, and supports the service team and customers with timely parts supply to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Manage spare parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce obsolescence. Receive, inspect, and store incoming spare parts and accessories. Process parts orders from the service department, sales team, and external customers. Maintain accurate records of stock, pricing, and part numbers in the inventory management system. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for procurement of genuine spare parts. Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation. Prepare and analyze reports on parts sales, consumption, and stock turnover. Support the workshop by ensuring quick availability of required parts. Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance regarding parts availability and compatibility. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
