Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at The Chancery Hotel, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional spa therapy services to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual guest needs.
Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on new spa therapies and treatments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Participate in ongoing training and education to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a spa therapist or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Knowledge of various spa therapies and treatments, including massage, acupuncture, and meditation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is required.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
