Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Hyatt Regency, with 1-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional spa therapy services to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual guest needs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in spa therapy.
Ensure all treatments are delivered with professionalism and courtesy.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of various spa therapies and treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is an advantage.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
