Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Spa & Recreation Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the spa and recreation facilities.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in all facilities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing spa and recreation facilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to motivate and train staff members to achieve their best performance.
